Rising home prices in Deerfield in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Deerfield rose by $50,600 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,800 - a 35.3% increase over the $143,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Deerfield in September 2016.
