Home prices decreased in Middleton during September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Middleton fell by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,500 - a 4.4% decrease over the $273,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Middleton in September 2016.
