Rising home prices in Cross Plains in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Cross Plains rose by $34,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,950 - a 14.7% increase over the $235,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Cross Plains in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Cross Plains for 2017 was $4,899. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,671. This marks an increase of 4.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
