Maple Bluff median home prices fell by 42.4% in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Maple Bluff fell by $297,050 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,950 - a 42.4% decrease over the $700,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Maple Bluff in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Maple Bluff for 2017 was $9,468. In 2016, the median sales tax was $9,363. This marks an increase of 1.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
