Cambridge home prices fell in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Cambridge fell by $167,150 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,800 - a 49.9% decrease over the $334,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cambridge in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2017 was $3,603. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,606. This marks an decrease of 0.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
