How did home prices perform in Fitchburg during July 2017?

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Fitchburg rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,500 - a 13.1% increase over the $266,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Fitchburg in July 2016.
