June 2017: Windsor experienced a 6.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Windsor rose by $15,750 while total sales increased by 7.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,500 - a 6.9% increase over the $229,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Windsor in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2017 was $4,399. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,435. This marks an decrease of 0.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
