June 2017: Middleton experienced a 14.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Middleton rose by $49,800 while total sales decreased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $392,000 - a 14.6% increase over the $342,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Middleton in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Middleton for 2017 was $5,677. In 2016, the median sales tax was $5,583. This marks an increase of 1.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.4%.
