Median home prices in Shorewood Hills rose to $910,000 in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Shorewood Hills rose by $176,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $910,000 - a 24% increase over the $734,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Shorewood Hills in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Shorewood Hills for 2017 was $11,775. In 2016, the median sales tax was $11,265. This marks an increase of 4.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
