Median home prices in Middleton rose to $292,550 in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Middleton rose by $25,569 while total sales decreased by 40.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,550 - a 9.6% increase over the $266,981 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Middleton in May 2016.
