How did home prices perform in Shorewood Hills during May 2017?

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Shorewood Hills rose by $275,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $800,000 - a 52.4% increase over the $525,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Shorewood Hills in May 2016.
