Median home prices in Oregon fell to $208,000 in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Oregon fell by $17,000 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,000 - a 7.6% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Oregon in April 2016.
