Madison home prices rose in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Madison rose by $25,750 while total sales decreased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 482 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,000 - a 12.2% increase over the $211,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 510 homes sold in Madison in April 2016.
