Verona median home prices rose by 10.1% in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Verona rose by $22,300 while total sales increased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,300 - a 10.1% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Verona in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Verona for 2017 was $5,396. In 2016, the median sales tax was $5,087. This marks an increase of 6.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
