Cambridge home prices rose in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Cambridge rose by $79,950 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,550 - a 45.8% increase over the $174,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cambridge in February 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2017 was $3,603. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,606. This marks an decrease of 0.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.4%.
