The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Belgium rose by $21,050 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,800 - a 12.5% increase over the $167,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Belgium in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Belgium for 2017 was $3,144. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,896. This marks an increase of 8.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
