Home prices increased in Fredonia during August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Fredonia rose by $70,200 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,500 - a 44.6% increase over the $157,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Fredonia in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Fredonia for 2017 was $2,920. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,879. This marks an increase of 1.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
