Fredonia home prices rose in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Fredonia rose by $102,950 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,450 - a 87.6% increase over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Fredonia in June 2016.
