Home prices decreased in Grafton during May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Grafton fell by $17,900 while total sales increased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,000 - a 9.2% decrease over the $194,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Grafton in May 2016.
