Thiensville median home prices rose by 26.1% in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Thiensville rose by $55,700 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,450 - a 26.1% increase over the $213,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Thiensville in May 2016, as well.
