Median home prices in Port Washington rose to $169,700 in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Port Washington rose by $60,325 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,700 - a 55.2% increase over the $109,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Port Washington in February 2016.
