Falling home prices in Grafton in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Grafton fell by $5,450 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $185,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Grafton in February 2016.
