March 2022: Home prices in Cambridge increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2022 in Cambridge rose by $57,800 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2022, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,900 - a 16.7% increase over the $345,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Cambridge in March 2021.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,486, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for March 2022.
