The University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh has extended an invitation to its students for a one-day leadership program, with the caveat that it is exclusively for queer, non-white students.

The details of this program were revealed in an email from the University's Center for Student Success and Belonging department. Screenshots of this communication were shared on Platform X by an account named Libs of TikTok. The email detailed the logistics of a free leadership program scheduled to take place on campus on Saturday, Feb. 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

According to the email, the Catalyst Leadership Program is designed with a specific focus on "Leadership Development for students, faculty, staff who self-identify as Multicultural (Asian/South Asian/Hmong, Black/African American, Indigenous/Native American, Latino/a/x/e/Hispanic), Womxn, and/or LGBTQIA2S+."

LeaderShape, a leadership development company established in 1986, offers Catalyst as part of their range of programs and classes. The Catalyst program consists of single day, facilitator-led sessions. For up to 60 participants attending a campus-based Catalyst session, the cost is $5,500.
