Each quarter, Grant Regional Health Center recognizes exceptional employees through its Rising Star program. For the first quarter of 2025, Tracy Roesch has been honored with this award. The Rising Star Award is intended to acknowledge employees who exemplify the values of Grant Regional Health Center, including respect, integrity, professionalism, community-mindedness, commitment, and progressiveness.
Tracy Roesch received two nominations highlighting her dedication to patient care and education in diabetes management. One nomination praised her for making a significant impact on a patient's life by providing education and support for managing diabetes. The second nomination emphasized her efforts to help patients with affordability issues and her role in the nutrition and diabetes education department.
Grant Regional Health Center awards each nominee with a certificate and a star pin. The winner receives additional recognition with a logo'd jacket, special parking privileges, and their photo displayed at the hospital.
