On Feb. 2, Matex Inc. sold their commercial property at 1234 N. Prospect Ave., Milwaukee to Matex Real Estate Holdings LLC for $2,462,000.

The property at 4401 W River Lane, Brown Deer was sold on Feb. 2 by Village of Brown Deer for $100,000. The buyer was North Shore Fire Department.
