The Wisconsin Elections commission is reportedly meeting to change the recount manual this evening.
“WI Elections Commission, after seeing President Trump’s recount petition and objections, is trying to change the recount manual at an emergency meeting tonight at 6 pm to make objections harder to make. This must be stopped,” Andrew Hitt, Republican Party of Wisconsin Chairman, said in a tweet.
The move comes just after the Trump campaign announced recount efforts in Milwaukee and Dane Counties.
Wisconsin voters also filed a lawsuit alleging illegal votes were counted in Milwaukee and Dane counties as well as Menominee county.
Plaintiffs in those suits are to declare the results from those counties be invalidated and want to halt certifying the results for those counties.
The state’s voting machines have also been called into question.
