The second half of 2020: Home prices in Stillwater (Washington County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Stillwater in Washington County rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 44.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 133 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $342,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 240 homes sold in Stillwater in the second half of 2019.
