Tigerton School District issued the following announcement on May 24.
This week we'd like to celebrate, congratulate and thank our 2021 retirees for all they have contributed to our schools, our students and our community! Today we are recognizing Linda Kreklow!
Where were you born and raised?
I was born in Duluth, MN. I lived in Duluth until I graduated from college and then I moved to Tigerton.
Tell us about yourself and your family?
I am the youngest of 5 children. I have been married to Lee Kreklow for over 30 years. We have two daughters. Bethany just finished her first year at St. Norbert College and Mary is finishing her junior year at Tigerton High School.
What is a favorite memory or moments you've had at Tigerton Schools?
I have many great memories at Tigerton School District. It has been wonderful making new memories each year. The best moments of my teaching career include the excitement young students show when they learn new things!
What are your plans for retirement?
I plan to spend time with my family and do some college visits with my daughter over the summer. After that, I plan to work part time and enjoy the next chapter in my life!
