On May 3, Derek T. Staffaroni purchased a property at 2327 N. 82nd St., Wauwatosa from Society of the Holy Child Jesus-American Province for $292,000.

So far in May 2021, 12 properties sold in Wauwatosa.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Carol A. Smith, 81, was the only registered voter residing at 2327 N. 82nd St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
