On June 29, General Baptist State Convention of Wisconsin Inc. sold their property at 2524 W. Keefe Ave., Milwaukee to Greater Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church Inc. for $150,000.

So far in June 2018, 50 properties sold in Milwaukee.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, there were two registered voters residing at 2524 W. Keefe Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tonya Sue Hoar, 57, and James Derrick Higgins, 33.
