The first half of 2021: Home prices in Greendale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Greendale rose by $23,850 while total sales increased by 18.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 170 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,300 - a 10.5% increase over the $227,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 144 homes sold in Greendale in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Greendale for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,439, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
