Milwaukee home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Milwaukee rose by $24,950 while total sales increased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 7,119 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 22.7% increase over the $110,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 6,382 homes sold in Milwaukee in the second half of 2019.
