The second half of 2020: Cudahy experienced a 10% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Cudahy rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 4.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 320 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 10% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 306 homes sold in Cudahy in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Cudahy for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,980, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
