The second half of 2020: Home prices in Greendale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Greendale rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 1.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 219 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 8.7% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 215 homes sold in Greendale in the second half of 2019.
