Rising home prices in Glendale in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Glendale rose by $1,600 while total sales decreased by 15.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 191 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,500 - a 0.8% increase over the $197,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 227 homes sold in Glendale in the first half of 2019.
