How did home prices perform in Greendale during the first half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Greendale fell by $2,550 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 144 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,450 - a 1.1% decrease over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 157 homes sold in Greendale in the first half of 2019.
