How did home prices perform in West Milwaukee during the second half of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in West Milwaukee fell by $8,300 while total sales decreased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,700 - a 6.1% decrease over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in West Milwaukee in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in West Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,766, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
