The second half of 2019: St. Francis experienced a 11.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in St. Francis rose by $16,501 while total sales decreased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $143,499 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 147 homes sold in St. Francis in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Francis for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,821, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
