What happened to the median home price in Fox Point during the second half of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Fox Point fell by $32,600 while total sales increased by 35.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 127 homes sold, with a median sale price of $323,900 - a 9.1% decrease over the $356,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Fox Point in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Fox Point for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $8,045, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
