Rising home prices in West Milwaukee in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in West Milwaukee rose by $1,050 while total sales remained unchanged with 44 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 0.8% increase over the $133,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in West Milwaukee in the second half of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in West Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,766, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
