How did home prices perform in Cudahy during the second half of 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Cudahy rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 253 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 296 homes sold in Cudahy in the second half of 2017.
