The second half of 2018: Glendale experienced a 4.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Glendale rose by $7,200 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 218 homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,200 - a 4.1% increase over the $177,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 237 homes sold in Glendale in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Glendale for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,414, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
