The second half of 2018: River Hills experienced a 0% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in River Hills rose by $50 while total sales increased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $600,000 - a 0% increase over the $599,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in River Hills in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in River Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $15,568, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
