The second half of 2017: Milwaukee experienced a 8.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Milwaukee rose by $7,050 while total sales increased by 0.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 3,192 homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,050 - a 8.4% increase over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 3,165 homes sold in Milwaukee in the second half of 2016.
