Brown Deer home prices rose in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Brown Deer rose by $7,100 while total sales decreased by 0.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 213 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $132,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 215 homes sold in Brown Deer in the second half of 2016.
