Median home prices in Franklin rose to $222,248 in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Franklin rose by $11,448 while total sales decreased by 14.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 460 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,248 - a 5.4% increase over the $210,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 539 homes sold in Franklin in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
