June 2021: Greendale experienced a 13.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Greendale rose by $32,950 while total sales increased by 63.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $247,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Greendale in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Greendale for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,439, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
