Pricing for the median home in West Allis increased during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in West Allis rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 46.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 163 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 10.3% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in West Allis in April 2020.
