Pricing for the median home in Franklin increased during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Franklin rose by $22,150 while total sales increased by 7.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,800 - a 8.4% increase over the $263,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Franklin in March 2020.
